Sulak Sivaraksa: "Abolish lese majeste law"

"The monarchy must exist for the benefit of the people, and has to be criticized, openly and transparently. The prohibition of criticism will only do more harm than good, and will be exploited by politicians".

These are the words spoken by Sulak Sivaraksa, which have so terrified Thai royalists and right wing elements in Thailand. Not surprisingly, Sulak is now accused of lese majeste; even though he is a firm supporter of the Thai king.

Supporters of lese majeste law, are doing a better job in exposing the Thai king than Paddidda. Whose side are they on anyway? Good video from StopLeseMajeste.
