Harry Nicolaides and Lese Majeste

This video appeared in StopLeseMajeste's Youtube account in September 2008, a few days after the Australian author Harry Nicolaides, was arrested in Thailand and jailed for lese majeste. I mention this date because in fact, Harry could have been arrested many months earlier.

The warrant for his arrest was issued (in secret) many months before, indeed, Harry Nicolaides travelled in and out of Thailand five times without Thai police acting on the warrant. Then, on August 31st, Harry was arrested at Bangkok airport to create a diversion from Thailand's political crisis.

After spending a total of five horrific months in a Thai prison for doing absolutely nothing, Harry is now back with his family. As for the Thai king and his sordid offspring, their reputation too is back where it belongs: in the gutters of Bangkok's nightclub filled streets.
